Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of Scatter & Sort (the “Service”), provided by 2967875 ONTARIO INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service Scatter & Sort is a project planning tool designed for individual and team use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

  • We offer a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start.

  • After the trial, access to the Service requires a paid subscription (CAD $9/month).

  • If you do not subscribe after the trial, your data may be deleted 7 days after trial expiry.

3. Features and Availability The Pro Plan includes:

  • AI-powered project setup

  • Reusable templates

  • Task grouping and dependencies

  • Snooze and scheduling features

  • Visual timeline overview

  • CSV export

  • Auto-save functionality

  • Mobile optimization

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are billed monthly in CAD via Stripe.

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

5. Account Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the app.

  • We may delete inactive trial accounts and data 7 days after trial expiration.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

  • Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Service

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the Service via automated means

7. Third-Party Services We use third-party services to operate Scatter & Sort, including:

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Supabase (database, hosting, and authentication)

  • Microsoft Clarity and Plausible (analytics)

  • OpenAI API (for AI planning features)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and technology associated with Scatter & Sort are the intellectual property of 2967875 ONTARIO INC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you within the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
